How do I calculate my payout?
The payout you'll receive is your daily, weekly or monthly price as specified on your Pricing, Address & Availability page.
Renters pay a service fee to GoGet in addition to the cost of your listing, which is why the total price renters see is higher than your payout.

What happens to my payout if my renter cancels their booking during an adventure?
If a renter needs to cancel their booking during the adventure, you will still receive your payout except if it is a renter refund policy case, in which case we'll hold onto your payout until the dispute has been reviewed and resolved.

What happens to my payout if I cancel my renter's booking?
Before and during the adventure
If you cancel a booking before or during an adventure starts, your renter will be refunded in full, and you won't receive a payout for that booking.
Cancellations disrupt renters' plans and impact confidence in the GoGet community. Because of this, certain owner cancellation penalties will also apply.

How do I check my payout status?
GoGet releases your payment 48 hours after your renter's scheduled return date.
Payout status
Owners can view their payout status under Completed Bookings.
Processing time
After GoGet releases the payout, it takes some additional time for the money to get to you. The average processing time is 1-2 business days.
Weekend or holiday delays
Many banking systems don't process transactions on weekends or holidays. If your payout from GoGet is completed between Friday and Sunday, it might not be processed until the next week.

Do I have to refund my renter when they make a complaint?
When a renter files a complaint within 48 hours from the collection date, GoGet will place a hold on your payout until the dispute has been reviewed and resolved. Our renter refund policy helps protect renters from things like last-minute owner cancellations, prevention of reasonable access, and listings that are misrepresented.
